Located in Florida’s capital, we have been serving Leon County and surrounding areas for over twenty years. Bell, Griffith and Associates, Inc currently house five certified and one registered appraiser.

Our commercial division, Bell, Griffith and Associates appraises all types of commercial real estate including vacant land and commercial properties.

Our turn-around times vary for different projects. However, our typical turn-around time for residential properties is 1-3 days. It is always our goal to provide you with courteous, professional service and a quality product.
