 Located in Florida’s capital, we have been serving Leon County and surrounding areas for over twenty years.  Bell, Griffith and Associates, Inc and IRR-Residential currently house five certified and one registered appraiser.  Our commercial division, Bell, Griffith and Associates appraises all types of commercial real estate including vacant land and commercial properties. IRR-Residential Tallahassee Appraisals covers all types of residential properties. Our turn-around times vary for different projects. However, our typical turn-around time for residential properties is 1-3 days. It is always our goal to provide you with courteous, professional service and a quality product.
